Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from Dream Tales, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Navigate to our Support page by clicking the menu button and selecting "Support"
  2. Fill in the contact form with the subject "Delete My Account and Data"
  3. Include your registered email address in the message
  4. Submit the form and our team will process your request within 30 days

What Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove: your account information, email address, all stories you have created, payment history (except what is required by law for financial records), and all associated personal data.

Important Note:

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any unused Story Points will be forfeited. We may retain certain information as required by law for accounting and legal purposes.

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
